A highly reputable global Investment & Wealth Management firm are looking for a Senior Compensation Accountant to join their London Finance team.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the main purpose of this role is to provide meaningful MI and analysis for the Executive team around investment team performance.
Your Role - Producing financial analysis and MI reporting around compensation to senior management team.
- Providing commercial insight to aid decision making around compensation.
- Ensuring the remuneration accounting is correct and complies with local financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Working closely with the wider finance team ensuring allocations are posted correctly.
- Assisting with finance projects and process improvements as and when required.
Your Skills and Qualifications - Qualified Accountant with strong MI analysis and management accounting experience (ideally with compensation/HR exposure).
- Knowledge of various reporting tools eg Tableau and strong MS Excel are a must.
- First class analytical skills and attention to detail.
