About the Company
A growing professional services firm are seeking a Interim FC for initially 6 
months to review the finance team structure, processes and implement a 
robust budget. You’ll be part of the senior leadership team and be able to make a tangible impact so finance is ready for future growth. 
  
This position requires 5 days a week in the Central London office -based in the City. Please only apply if you are seeking an on-site role.
  
Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive budgets and conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements to support strategic decision-making.
• Strengthening cash flow control and balance sheet discipline.
• Implement budgets across departments, ensuring alignment with  organisational objectives.
• Deliver management accounts.
• Prepare management dashboards.
• Ensure clarity of financial processes and follow-up where needed.
• Review existing finance process and identify opportunities to improve  them and enhance systems and processes where appropriate.
• Finance department resource review and proposed changes to  structure.
• Business partnering internally and externally for contract renewals.
• Growth and acquisitions modelling.

Qualifications
You will need to be a Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent).
  
Required Skills

• Post-qualified experience as a Financial Controller.
• Experience managing a small team, budgeting, management accounts and financial reporting.
• Commercially strong with a solid grounding in accountancy.
• The ability to question and challenge information in a collaborative way

Pay range and compensation package
£500 - £600 per day (inside IR35).
