Senior Analyst FPA, B2B software business, paying c65-70k plus benefits

Hypergrowth privately owned software business is seeking a new Senior Analyst to work alongside the FD on all financial planning, KPI analysis, board reporting and general ad hoc commercial finance duties which come in a lean finance team in growing business.
It’s a great time to join, as they look ahead to the next phase of their journey, whether it be an IPO or PE investment. With long term retained relationships and ad hoc consulting income the business operates to very high standards, margins and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own in tandem with the FD the planning, budgeting and forecasting cycle
• Own KPI insights such as ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV
• Produce monthly sales & KPI reporting & analysis for the board pack
• Ongoing eye on operational transformation maximizing the ERP NetSuite
• Strategic business partnering with the c: suite, mainly the CTO, CRO & CIO

We are looking for a qualified accountant, with significant experience in FPA/commercial finance. As it’s a stand-alone role, and one you can make your own the preference is finding someone who has evidence of establishing or adding to how a business uses & presents complex data sets to drive commercial decision making, in a SME. Sector experience isn’t essential, but it is desirable, and a quick start before March is preferred.
