An experienced Finance Business Partner is required to provide high-quality financial insight and strategic support across multiple business areas within a complex organisation undergoing significant change. Reporting to a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with executive and senior leadership teams to support decision-making, financial planning and performance management.
  
This is a highly visible, hands-on role combining strong management accounting expertise, business partnering and stakeholder engagement across finance and non-finance teams.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial performance management for multiple business areas, including budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
• Deliver accurate, timely management information and insightful analysis to senior stakeholders
• Act as the key finance contact for your portfolio, building strong, trusted relationships
• Support the development of cost-saving and revenue-optimisation initiatives
• Lead on the financial development of business cases, translating complex inputs into clear, well-understood financial plans
• Contribute to the development of new programmes, projects and strategic initiatives

  
About You:

• Strong management accounting background with up-to-date technical knowledge
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience delivering impactful financial analysis and insight
• Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-finance audiences
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines

  
Desirable:

• Experience working within a large, complex or public-sector organisation
• Experience in higher education or a similarly regulated environment
