A fast‑growing, venture‑backed tech company are looking to hire their first person in FP&A.
You will be reporting to the CFO and work with the FC and wider business. You will play a pivotal role in shaping FP&A for their next phase of global growth.
This position is designed for someone who thrives in high‑performance environments, brings FP&A expertise, and is energised by working in a scaling, founder‑led business. Overall, you will ensure the organisation has the clarity, precision, and insight needed to make decisions.
Responsibilities
Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
Delivering high‑quality FP&A outputs that support a fast‑moving, globally scaling business.
Adapting and maintaining dynamic financial models that support scenario planning, investment cases, and decision‑making.
Developing and refining forecasting methodologies to enhance performance.
Leading KPI reporting, performance analysis, and monthly insight packs.
Extracting and manipulating data from multiple sources.
Reconciling reports across formats and systems to create unified, accurate datasets.
Interrogating data to identify trends, anomalies, and translating findings into actionable insights.
Supporting automation of reporting and analytical workflows.
Skills & Experience
Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, CIMA).
Strong FP&A experience with a data‑driven mindset.
Proven ability to manipulate data and be highly proficient in Excel
Technically astute and systems‑savvy, with a natural curiosity for how data flows through an organisation.
Energetic, motivated, and comfortable operating in a high‑growth, founder‑led environment.
Thrives in a scaling business and embraces change with agility and ownership.
