A multi award winning PE firm with global reach are seeking a vibrant and charismatic Fund Administrator for a 6 month interim role within their London team.
This hybrid role is offered Inside IR35 and expected to last for an initial 6 months. £300 - £350 per day depending on experience.
- Hybrid - 3 Days in City Office, 2 from home
- You will need to be on no more than 2 weeks notice

The successful candidate will be Part Qualified CA NZ / CPA / ACA / ACCA with 2 years experience in Fund Operations / Administration within either Private Equity or a Fund Administrator or Asset Management business.
Duties include: •Processing fund expenses through Concur expense management system
•Managing biweekly payment runs including query resolution, payment setup and authorisation
•Processing treasury payments and cash sweeps
•Supporting payment processing and validation
•Processing deal and hedge payments with callback and checklist adherence
•Maintaining daily fund balances across banking platforms
•Assisting with bank and cash reconciliations for fund entities
•Overseeing third-party administrators bank account opening processes across multiple providers
•Processing Action Notes for deal and position creation in Investran
•Supporting depositary coordination and quarterly compliance reporting
•Managing investor late payer tracking, reminders and escalations
•Maintaining fund documentation and filing systems
•Preparing standard reports from template formats
•Tracking investor correspondence and queries
•Supporting the quarterly reporting cycle through administrative tasks
•Assisting with ad hoc analysis and reporting under supervision
•Maintaining fund invoicing mailbox
•Coordinating capital calls and distribution processes with third-party administrator
