Systems Finance Manager
Museum | London (hybrid – c.60% office based)
9-month FTC | £65,000 | Full Time

An experienced Systems Finance Manager is required to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new finance system for a complex, values-led organisation. Reporting to the CFO, you will take full ownership of delivery, working closely with internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful go-live and adoption.

This is a hands-on role combining project leadership, finance systems expertise and strong stakeholder engagement across finance and non-finance teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the full lifecycle finance system implementation, on time and within budget
• Managing project plans, risks, dependencies and budgets
• Working with implementation partners on system configuration and data migration
• Designing and coordinating testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Leading change management, training and user documentation
• Managing go-live, post-implementation support and handover

About you:

• Proven experience delivering ERP / finance system implementations (Microsoft Business Central desirable)
• Strong business analysis, process mapping and reporting expertise
• Confident training non-finance users on complex systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to work independently and resolve system issues effectively
• Charity or not-for-profit experience preferred
