One of the leading Private Equity firms who primarily invest in tech businesses, is looking to grow their fund finance team and hire a fund accountant.

This is a varied role providing exposure to several key workstreams and a great opportunity to develop a broad skill set, with responsibility for a range of internal management and external financial reporting functions and involvement in the day-to-day operations of the business. The role is highly commercial and involves lots of interaction with the deal teams, senior internal management, and numerous external stakeholders.​


The company are offering up to £60,000 - £70,000 + great bonus’ + brilliant benefits package to the successful candidate.


Your Role

• Preparing the quarterly management accounts for the allocation of the company’s funds
• Preparing the annual statutory fund accounts
• Will be supporting the deal teams with Investment transactions
• Preparing the quarterly investment valuations
• Working closely with the Treasury team

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified)
• Accounts Preparation experience is needed 
• Have 1 -2 years of Fund Accounting experience would be desirable 
• Experience with private debt valuations is desirable
• Have strong knowledge of Excel
