A Prestigious, internationally renowned luxury hospitality business are seeking a skilled Group Reporting & Treasury Manager to take ownership of group statutory reporting and enhance their treasury operations.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity across the group, delivering timely and accurate reporting, managing debt covenants, and supporting tax and treasury strategies. You’ll lead a small, high-performing team and collaborate across international finance functions.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver consolidated statutory accounts for multiple international entities
• Manage the external audit process, ensuring timely completion and clean audit reports
• Maintain and improve financial controls across group entities
• Support technical accounting matters (IFRS and local GAAPs)
• Lead group cashflow forecasting and monitoring
• Ensure compliance with lending covenants and oversee group debt arrangements
• Assist with interest rate hedging strategies and banking relationships
• Monitor FX exposure and assist in mitigation strategies
• Support international tax compliance and coordination with external advisors
• Maintain awareness of cross-border tax considerations and evolving regulations
• Manage and develop a team of 3–4 finance professionals

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with strong technical expertise
• Proven experience in group statutory reporting and treasury management
• International exposure (multi-entity or multi-currency) highly desirable
• Strong understanding of controls, audit processes, and tax principles
• Effective leader with experience managing a small finance team
