Junior Finance Business Partner - Recruitment Company - Paying £35,000 - £40,000 - Hybrid Role (London Offices)
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Finance Business Partner to join a fast-paced and growing organisation in the recruitment and talent solutions space.
 
Working within a collaborative finance team, you'll play a key role in supporting business performance, owning small P&Ls, and acting as a finance partner to various stakeholders.

This is an ideal role for a part-qualified accountant looking to build commercial finance experience and business partnering exposure.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Support month-end processes, including revenue recognition, revenue and cost accruals, and prepayments
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and ensure accurate monthly postings
• Assist with Balance Sheet reconciliations and management accounts
• Own and manage small P&Ls, working closely with budget holders to monitor performance
• Handle royalty deductions, rebates, and related adjustments
• Manage WIP and associated accruals for project-based work
• Partner with non-finance stakeholders to provide financial insight and support
• Adapt to various financial systems and support continuous improvement in processes

Key Requirements:

• Must be Immediately Available 
• Part-qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or actively studying
• 1-2 years' experience in a finance or management accounting role
• Solid understanding of revenue/cost accruals and P&L management
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with financial systems
• Confident communicator, able to engage with finance and non-finance colleagues
• Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a business partnering capacity
