I am partnering with a fast-growing digital travel brand on a mission to make travel planning seamless, inspiring, and accessible. As they continue to scale their eCommerce operations and expand into new markets, the client is looking for a commercially-minded Head of Finance to lead their financial strategy and operations through their next phase of growth.

As Head of Finance, you will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with leaders across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Tech. You’ll own the financial engine that powers their eCommerce platform, driving forecasting, performance tracking, commercial analysis, and profitability across digital sales channels.
  
What You Will Do:

• Own end-to-end financial management, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow for an eCommerce-driven travel business
• Deliver actionable insights and commercial reporting to support digital marketing ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), LTV, and conversion funnels
• Partner with the Product and Tech teams to assess commercial impact of new platform features and digital initiatives
• Improve unit economics and gross margin performance across online booking channels
• Oversee cost control, revenue optimization, and pricing strategy across products and markets
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, including FP&A, financial operations, and accounting
• Lead on funding, investor reporting, and financial planning as we scale

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a fast-paced eCommerce, travel tech, or digital-first company
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
• .
• Commercially astute with experience influencing digital strategy and pricing decisions
• A builder’s mindset, comfortable creating structure, systems, and process from the ground up
• Experience with finance automation tools, subscription or transaction-based models, and international expansion is a plus
