A fantastic, newly-created role for a Finance Analyst has arisen to join a fast-growing SaaS business at the forefront of lab digitalisation. Backed by a top-tier investor, bringing together two industry leaders to build an integrated platform that powers smarter, faster scientific research. As the company scales, they’re looking for a driven Finance Analyst to help shape the future of their finance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) looking to deepen their commercial finance experience within a dynamic and scaling technology business.
What you will do:
Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analyses.
• Track SaaS-specific KPIs (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV).
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to provide financial insights.
• Conduct scenario modelling and profitability analysis to guide decision-making.
• Contribute to process automation and reporting efficiencies.
• Assist with system enhancements and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Exposure to commercial, technical, and operational finance.
• Opportunity to help shape processes and reporting in a growth-phase company.

What you will bring:

• Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with solid progress toward qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in a finance role.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and IFRS 15 revenue recognition preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
