We’re recruiting for one of the best Private Banks/Wealth Managers in Europe, looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their team. This role will be to sit between the Head of Reg and the Regulatory Reporting team and be responsible for all capital, liquidity and BoE prudential returns. This is a management position, being the second most senior person in the Reg team, with an eye on succession planning.
  
The Bank is going through a period of change, so as well taking ownership for the reporting, you will also be expected to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into some of the ongoing project and process improvement work, along with upskilling and developing the team.
  
Key duties:

• Own the production and submission of regulatory returns (COREP, LIQREP, PRA110, ALMM, BoE, etc.)
• Responsible for horizon scanning, regulatory interpretations and devise methodologies
• Lead remediation and process improvement initiatives
• Enhance governance and data quality across reporting frameworks
• Support capital and liquidity forecasting and MI development
• Contribute to ICAAP, ILAAP, Pillar 3 and Annual Report disclosures
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and interpret complex rules with confidence
• Coach and develop junior team members

  
Experience Needed:

• A good level of experience in regulatory capital reporting within banking within a management role
• Strong grasp of PRA, BoE, Basel, EBA standards
• Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, CIMA) with a finance or accounting degree
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA knowledge is a plus)
• Solid understanding of banking products, finance, credit and treasury functions
• Analytical mindset with a knack for connecting the dots and solving problems
• A proactive, solution-driven attitude and a collaborative spirit

  
The Regulatory Reporting Manager is paying £100,000 - £120,000 dependant on experience. Other benefits include:
