- Identifying technical knowledge gaps across the service team.
- Developing and delivering a monthly technical training program.

- Benefits package.
- Health Spending Account.
- RRSP program after six months.
- All power tools and specialty tools supplied.

The Company The company is an established Lower Mainland mechanical contractor with approximately 18 employees.
Approximately 80% of its work is located in Downtown Vancouver, with additional work throughout the Tri-Cities, Fraser Valley and surrounding areas.
Projects and service work include commercial and industrial boilers, mechanical rooms, HVAC systems, cooling towers, steam systems, heat pumps and tower maintenance.
The business is a member of ICBA and MCABC and places a strong emphasis on employee development, regularly investing in technical, leadership, management and professional development courses.
Technicians are also supported by three experienced dispatchers, with a focus on providing detailed site and customer information before each service call.
Why Consider This Opportunity? This position would suit an experienced Class A Gas Fitter, Senior HVAC/R Service Technician or Service Foreman who wants to take the next step into technical leadership without completely moving away from the tools.
