The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established mechanical contractor, is looking to bring on a Service After-Care Manager to build and lead a brand-new division focused on preventative maintenance and post-construction support.
This is not a typical service role. This is an opportunity to create something from the ground up. The company delivers a high volume of multi-family new construction projects, and the goal is to establish a dedicated aftercare division that takes over once projects are handed off.
There are already multiple service contracts in discussion with existing builder relationships. The right person will step in to convert these opportunities, build the team, and lead the division long-term.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, commercially aware, and motivated to grow something into a major part of the business.
