Your New Role:
 
We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join the Industrial & Infrastructure team. This leadership role involves overseeing complex industrial and infrastructure projects across BC, from hydroelectric stations and substations to pipelines, mining operations, and major transportation hubs.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project time, cost, and quality to ensure performance objectives are met.
• Estimate project costs and manage financial performance.
• Plan and coordinate construction processes including contractor engagement and coordination with engineers and architects.
• Develop and assemble start-up submittals and project documentation as per contract requirements.
• Review contracts for clauses and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with foremen and superintendents to manage labour requirements and ensure site safety.
• Conduct regular project site visits and ensure safety is a top priority.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Red Seal Electrician or Electrical Engineering degree with P.Eng. designation.
• PMP, Gold Seal, or equivalent Project Management certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of industrial and infrastructure project management experience.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of contract law.
• Experience with software such as Procore, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and Accubid.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
