Your New Role:
 
We are looking for a Project Manager/Estimator to join the Service Division in Burnaby. The role focuses on managing and estimating service work, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and client expectations while promoting a culture of safety and collaboration.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of service work including estimating, planning, resource coordination, procurement, billing, and client communication.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager, Coordinators, and Service Teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Coordinate communications with internal teams and external stakeholders for clarity and alignment.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and payment.
• Obtain required permits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Promote and uphold safety rules and procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify new service opportunities.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or estimating in a related industry.
• Basic understanding of contract law, project management, and estimating principles.
• Electrical TQ, diploma, or relevant engineering education required.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with AutoCAD, Accubid, and MS Project considered an asset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
