This is an exciting time to join their team as an Electrical Foreman, where you'll have the opportunity to lead skilled crews, drive quality and efficiency, and represent one of the region's most respected names in the industry.
Your New Role:
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead project teams ranging from 15 to 25 electricians on large-scale projects. In this role, you'll take ownership of daily planning, material coordination, and on-site leadership. You'll set the tone for productivity, quality, and safety—being the first on site to prepare the day and the last to leave knowing the job is moving forward. With your strong leadership and communication skills, you'll motivate crews, maintain high standards of workmanship, and be the face of the company on active project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor teams of 15-25 electricians on active projects
- Develop daily and weekly project plans, including manpower allocation and material requirements
- Ensure work is executed to code and aligned with drawings, specs, and schedules
- Perform slab layout and oversee installation work with precision and efficiency
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant job site, enforcing safety protocols
- Act as the main point of contact with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
- Monitor inventory, coordinate deliveries, and track progress against milestones
- Provide hands-on support when required to keep the job moving forward
What You Need to Succeed: - Red Seal Electrician with proven experience as a Foreman
- At least one completed concrete high-rise project
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
- Hands-on experience with slab layouts and electrical installations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience is an asset
- FSR A certification is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, planning, and team leadership abilities
- Willingness to "lead from the front," pitching in wherever needed
