As they continue to grow, they are building out a dedicated Service Division—and are seeking a leader to take the reins.

Job Overview:

This is a rare opportunity to shape and grow a service division from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a Red Seal Electrician with 4–5 years of experience managing electrical service teams, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to build systems, lead people, and drive business growth. You’ll work closely with the ownership team from their Vancouver office, with flexibility to work from home once the department is established.
  
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead and grow the electrical service team, providing mentorship, direction, and support
• Build out service procedures, systems, and workflows to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and field teams to schedule and execute service work
• Oversee budgeting, quoting, and estimating for service jobs
• Maintain high standards of customer service and respond quickly to client needs
• Track team performance, service contracts, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical codes
• Represent the company as a trusted leader with professionalism and integrity

What You Need to Succeed:

• Red Seal Electrician
• 4–5 years of experience as an electrical service manager
• Experience as an electrical service tech
• Strong understanding of service workflows, quoting, and team management
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Driven to build something from the ground up
• Comfortable working from the Vancouver office, with flexibility to transition into hybrid work over time

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $120,000–$130,000
• Bonus available based on profit profit-sharing structure
