Your New Role:
  
They are seeking a Project Manager who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, combining leadership in project execution with hands-on involvement in estimating, client relationships, and business development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited about helping grow a high-performance HVAC/R service company.
  
Reporting directly to ownership, the Project Manager will oversee a variety of mechanical projects from concept to completion, while also contributing to strategic areas of the business such as client acquisition, pricing, and internal systems development.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC/R projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors
• Assist with estimating and quoting for new projects
• Take part in business development efforts including proposal writing, site visits, and relationship building
• Collaborate with technicians, apprentices, and internal staff to ensure clear communication and smooth project flow
• Help implement and improve internal project tracking systems and digital tools
• Represent the company professionally on-site and in client-facing meetings
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented culture 

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in the mechanical contracting, construction, or HVAC/R industry
• Proven experience managing small to mid-size commercial projects
• Familiarity with estimating and quoting (Bluebeam, MS Excel, or similar)
• Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and site personnel
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for growth, process, and long-term value
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• PMP, mechanical engineering background, or Red Seal ticket in HVAC/R would be an asset

What You’ll Receive:

• Base Salary: $120,000/year
• Commission & Bonus opportunities
