Your New Role:
We are currently seeking a 3rd Year Apprentice HVAC/R Technician, supporting senior technicians across a wide range of commercial projects. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with high-quality systems, build technical confidence, and work within a company that values education, mentorship, and team culture.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of various commercial HVAC/R systems, including RTUs, AHUs, fans, coils, thermostats, and combustion systems
• Support in diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R issues under the guidance of experienced technicians
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to improve system performance and reliability
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure high standards of service
• Utilize digital systems for scheduling, reporting, and customer interaction
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Take initiative to ask questions and expand technical knowledge
• Maintain a professional, team-first approach on all job sites

What You Need to Succeed:

• 3rd Year Apprentice HVAC/R Technician (registered with ITA or equivalent)
• Class B Gas Ticket (or working towards certification)
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow installation/service guidelines
• Strong attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
