Rightway Recruitment has partnered with Phase Mechanical and is on the lookout for a skilled Lead Hand Plumber to join their growing team. Be part of exciting projects like residential high-rises, hotels, and commercial buildings with a company that truly values its people.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead plumbing and mechanical installations, repairs, and maintenance (HVAC, refrigeration, etc.)
• Collaborate with the team to keep projects on track, on time, and up to code
• Mentor apprentices and journeypersons, ensuring top-notch safety and quality
• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate with the Project Management team
• Review reports, interpret blueprints, and ensure plans are executed correctly

What We’re Looking For:

• Red Seal Plumber with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing plumbing/mechanical teams
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and the BC Plumbing Code
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manage site logistics
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Previous experience on high-rise residential projects
