Company Overview:
Our client is a well-established electrical contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) projects across the Vancouver Lower Mainland.
  
Your New Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects. This role involves overseeing high-value ICI projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance while managing client relationships and project teams. The Project Manager will be based in the Lower Mainland and will be required to visit project sites as needed.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Estimating & Budget Control: Prepare and review project estimates, manage budgets, process change orders, and track project costs for financial efficiency.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates and coordination.
• Team Management & Mentorship: Lead and support project teams, including subcontractors and apprentices, fostering a strong team culture and mentorship environment.
• Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance.
• Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with the estimating team to develop project proposals and assess best practices for efficient project execution.
• Scheduling & Documentation: Develop and manage project schedules, track milestones, and ensure proper documentation of project progress, contracts, and reports.

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, ideally in one of the following project scopes, Institutional, Commercial or Industrial.
• Red Seal Electrician or FSR Certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong background in construction estimating; experience with Accubid or similar estimating software is an asset but not a requirement.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously or one major project, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
• Experience with Procore or other construction management software is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required.

• Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (DOE)
