Overview A premium private hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Consultant Physician – Endocrinology to join its specialist medical services.
The successful candidate will provide consultant-level diagnosis and management of endocrine and metabolic disorders, including complex diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary and metabolic conditions.
Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct consultant-level endocrinology consultations.
• Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders.
• Manage complex diabetes cases and related complications.
• Diagnose and treat thyroid disorders.
• Manage adrenal and pituitary conditions.
• Assess metabolic disorders and endocrine complications.
• Review laboratory, imaging and diagnostic investigations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust therapy.
• Coordinate care with other medical specialties.
• Provide patient education and lifestyle counselling.
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinical meetings.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation.
• Participate in quality-improvement and clinical governance activities.

Requirements

• Recognized medical degree.
• Recognized specialist qualification in Endocrinology.
• Consultant-level clinical experience.
• Strong experience in endocrine and metabolic medicine.
• DOH licence or eligibility.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary skills.
