Overview A leading premium private healthcare group in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a
Western-trained Consultant Dermatologist to join its expanding multidisciplinary specialist team.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dermatology services across outpatient and procedural settings, managing a broad spectrum of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatological conditions. The role offers access to a modern clinical environment, advanced treatment technologies, and an established referral network within one of the UAE's leading private healthcare providers.

Clinical Responsibilities The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatological conditions affecting adult and paediatric patients
- Provide comprehensive medical dermatology consultations and long-term patient management
- Diagnose and treat:
- Acne and rosacea
- Psoriasis and eczema
- Autoimmune skin diseases
- Pigmentary disorders
- Hair and scalp disorders
- Nail disorders
- Skin infections
- Skin cancer and precancerous lesions
- Perform dermatological procedures including:
- Skin biopsies
- Cryotherapy
- Minor dermatological surgery
- Mole and lesion excisions
- Scar management
- Where appropriate, provide aesthetic dermatology treatments including:
- Botulinum toxin injections
- Dermal fillers
- Laser procedures
- Chemical peels
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Participate in multidisciplinary patient management with Plastic Surgery, Oncology, Rheumatology, Allergy, and Internal Medicine teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support departmental quality improvement initiatives
Requirements - Tier 1 qualification preferred, including:
- UK CCT
- US Board Certification
- Canadian Fellowship
- FRCP
- CSCST
- Australasian Fellowship
- Or equivalent internationally recognised Consultant qualification
- Western-trained Dermatologist (essential)
- Minimum 3–5 years post-specialist qualification experience
- DOH or DHA Eligibility / Active UAE Licence preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-centred care skills
- Experience within a tertiary or large private hospital setting preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Existing UAE licence or eligibility
- Strong background in both medical and procedural dermatology
- Experience within internationally accredited hospitals
- Aesthetic dermatology expertise and laser certification
- Established patient following or private healthcare experience
- Academic, research, or teaching hospital background
- Immediate availability or short notice period
