General Practitioner - AED 30,000 – 45,000/month (all-inclusive)
- AED 360,000 – 540,000/year

- UAE licensing status
- Years of post-qualification experience

Overview A leading premium private healthcare group in Abu Dhabi is currently recruiting
Consultants, Specialists, and General Practitioners in Emergency Medicine to join its expanding Emergency Department.
Successful candidates will become part of a modern, multidisciplinary emergency service providing high-quality acute care to adult and paediatric patients. The department manages a broad spectrum of medical, surgical, trauma, and critical care presentations, supported by advanced diagnostic facilities, specialist backup, and evidence-based clinical pathways.

Clinical Responsibilities The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of emergency medical and surgical presentations
- Provide rapid assessment and stabilisation of critically ill and injured patients
- Manage trauma, cardiac, neurological, respiratory, paediatric, and medical emergencies
- Perform emergency procedures including airway management, resuscitation, procedural sedation, and trauma interventions appropriate to level of practice
- Collaborate closely with intensive care, surgery, cardiology, neurology, paediatrics, orthopaedics, and other specialty teams
- Supervise junior medical staff where appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital quality and patient safety standards
- Participate in departmental clinical governance, audit, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements Consultant - Tier 1 qualification preferred, including:
- FACEM
- FRCEM
- UK CCT
- US Board Certification
- Canadian Fellowship (RCPSC)
- CSCST
- Or equivalent internationally recognised Consultant qualification
- Extensive Consultant-level Emergency Medicine experience within tertiary or major teaching hospitals preferred
Specialist - Recognised Specialist Qualification in Emergency Medicine
- Minimum 3–5 years post-specialist experience preferred
- Strong experience managing high-acuity emergency presentations
General Practitioner - Medical Degree with recognised General Practice qualification
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Medicine experience within a recognised Emergency Department
- Demonstrated competence in acute patient assessment and emergency management
For All Candidates - DOH or DHA Eligibility / Active UAE Licence preferred
- Excellent clinical judgement and patient-centred approach
- Strong communication, teamwork, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
- Previous experience within tertiary or large private hospital settings highly regarded
Preferred Candidate Profile Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Existing UAE licence or eligibility
- Western training or internationally recognised qualifications
- Experience working in accredited trauma centres or high-volume Emergency Departments
- Advanced Life Support certifications (ACLS, ATLS, PALS or equivalent)
- Leadership, teaching, and clinical governance experience
- Immediate availability or short notice period
