Overview A premium private hospital in Ajman is currently seeking an experienced ENT Specialist or Consultant to join its expanding Otolaryngology department. The hospital is looking for candidates with strong clinical and surgical expertise across both adult and paediatric ENT services. The successful physician will work within a multidisciplinary hospital environment supporting outpatient consultations, procedural services, and surgical ENT care. Clinical Responsibilities The successful candidate will be expected to:
Diagnose and manage a broad range of ENT conditions
Conduct outpatient ENT consultations and follow-up care
Manage:
Sinus and nasal disorders
Ear conditions and hearing disorders
Throat and airway conditions
Paediatric ENT presentations
Perform ENT procedures and surgeries appropriate to experience level
Participate in multidisciplinary patient management
Maintain accurate documentation and clinical reporting standards
Support high standards of patient-centred and evidence-based care
Requirements
MOH or DHA License / Eligibility as ENT Specialist or Consultant
Recognised postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology (ENT)
Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience preferred
Experience managing adult and paediatric ENT conditions
Strong communication and patient-centred care skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
