Consultant – Critical Care Medicine
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Estimated Salary

• AED 85,000 – 130,000/month (all-inclusive)
• AED 1,020,000 – 1,560,000/year

Overview An established premium healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi is currently recruiting a Consultant in Critical Care Medicine to support the expansion of its ICU and acute care services.
This role is suited to Western-trained Consultants with extensive tertiary or quaternary ICU exposure and experience managing complex critically ill patients.
Clinical Scope

• Lead ICU management for:
  • Multi-organ failure
  • Sepsis and septic shock
  • Ventilator-dependent patients
  • Post-operative critical care
  • Trauma and emergency ICU admissions
• Supervise:
  • ICU Specialists
  • Registrars and GP support teams
• Participate in:
  • Rapid response teams
  • Hospital critical care governance
  • ICU quality initiatives

Requirements

• Western Board / CCT / Fellowship preferred
• Consultant-level ICU experience essential
• DOH eligibility or active UAE licence preferred
• Leadership and multidisciplinary coordination skills required
