Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Emergency Medicine Doctor to join a busy emergency and acute care service within a leading private healthcare network in Dubai. This role is ideal for physicians experienced in managing high-acuity emergency presentations, trauma cases, and urgent medical conditions within fast-paced emergency department environments. Preference will be given to female candidates with strong emergency medicine exposure and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary acute care teams. Clinical Responsibilities
Assess and manage:
Acute medical emergencies
Trauma and injury presentations
Critical care and unstable patients
Urgent pediatric and adult emergency cases
Perform:
Emergency procedures and resuscitation
Rapid stabilization and acute patient management
Emergency diagnostic and treatment planning
Coordinate:
Admissions, referrals, and multidisciplinary care pathways
Escalation of critically ill patients where required
Emergency Department Focus Candidates with experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:
Trauma and acute care medicine
Tertiary Emergency Department exposure
High-volume emergency patient management
Resuscitation and critical care support
Private-sector or GCC emergency medicine experience
Service Structure
Modern Emergency Department environment
Multidisciplinary collaboration with:
ICU
Surgery
Internal Medicine
Trauma and critical care services
Rotational and shift-based clinical coverage
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain accurate emergency documentation and clinical records
Participate in departmental governance and quality initiatives
Support emergency preparedness and patient safety protocols
Contribute to teamwork and efficient patient flow management
Candidate Requirements
DHA License or DHA Eligibility required
Relevant Emergency Medicine experience essential
Female candidates preferred
Strong clinical decision-making and acute patient management skills
Experience within busy Emergency Department environments highly regarded
