ICU Registrar – Critical Care

Estimated Salary: AED 22,000 – 38,000/month (AED 264,000 – 456,000 per annum)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registrar – Critical Care to join a leading premium private hospital in Dubai. This role is ideal for physicians with strong exposure to intensive care and acute patient management within high-acuity hospital environments.
The successful candidate will work closely with Consultant Intensivists and multidisciplinary ICU teams to deliver advanced critical care services across medical, surgical, and emergency patient populations.
Clinical Responsibilities

• Manage critically ill patients within ICU and high-dependency settings
• Participate in:
  • Emergency response and rapid assessment
  • Ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
  • Critical care procedures and resuscitation support
• Assist in:
  • Multidisciplinary ICU rounds
  • Treatment planning and escalation of care decisions
• Provide continuous monitoring and management of unstable patients

Service Structure

• Modern ICU and critical care environment
• Multidisciplinary collaboration with:
  • Emergency Medicine
  • Internal Medicine
  • Surgery and Anaesthesia teams
• Shift-based roster including nights and weekends where applicable

Candidate Requirements

• MD qualification or equivalent recognized postgraduate degree
• DHA License or Eligibility required
• Relevant ICU / Critical Care experience essential
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
• Experience in tertiary or high-volume hospital settings advantageous
