Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Specialist ENT (Otolaryngology) to join a well-established private healthcare group operating across multiple clinic locations in Dubai. This part-time opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking flexible scheduling within a supportive multidisciplinary outpatient environment.
The successful candidate will manage a broad range of ENT conditions while delivering high-quality patient-centred care within busy community and specialist clinic settings.
Clinical Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage:
  • Ear, nose, and throat disorders
  • Sinusitis and allergic rhinitis
  • Hearing and balance disorders
  • Tonsillitis and upper airway conditions
  • Voice and swallowing disorders
• Perform:
  • ENT examinations and minor office-based procedures
  • Nasal endoscopy and ear microscopy where applicable
  • Hearing assessments and treatment planning
• Provide:
  • Preventive ENT care and patient education
  • Referral coordination for advanced surgical management where required

Candidate Requirements

• Specialist ENT qualification
• Valid DHA License required
• UAE clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently within outpatient clinic environments
