Consultant / Specialist Fetal Medicine
Location: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, UAE
Salary: AED 80,000 – 140,000/month (all-inclusive, flexible based on fetal medicine expertise, procedural capability, and international training)

Position Overview
We are recruiting experienced Consultant and Specialist Fetal Medicine Physicians to join a growing maternal-fetal medicine program within a premium healthcare group in the UAE.
This role is ideal for candidates with advanced expertise in high-risk pregnancy management, prenatal diagnosis, fetal imaging, and complex maternal-fetal medicine cases.
Clinical Responsibilities

• Manage:
  • High-risk and complex pregnancies
  • Maternal medical complications in pregnancy
  • Fetal abnormalities and congenital conditions
• Perform:
  • Advanced fetal ultrasound and imaging
  • Prenatal diagnostic procedures
  • Invasive fetal medicine interventions where applicable
• Participate in:
  • Multidisciplinary maternal-fetal care pathways

Subspecialty Interests Preference for candidates with expertise in:

• Advanced fetal imaging
• Prenatal diagnosis
• Maternal-fetal medicine
• Invasive fetal procedures

Service Structure

• Tertiary obstetric and fetal medicine environment
• Collaboration with:
  • Neonatology
  • Pediatric Surgery
  • Genetics and Obstetrics teams
• Access to advanced fetal imaging technology

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in MDT discussions and complex case reviews
• Contribute to development of maternal-fetal medicine services
• Support patient counseling and prenatal education initiatives
• Participate in teaching and academic activities where applicable

Candidate Requirements

• Western Board Certification / CCT / Fellowship in Maternal & Fetal Medicine preferred
• Strong tertiary hospital experience
• Advanced fetal imaging expertise highly regarded
• Existing DOH, DHA, or MOH license / eligibility advantageous
