Dermatologist (Aesthetics Focus – Female)
Location: UAE, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 40,000 – 60,000/month (all-inclusive) + competitive revenue share potential

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Female Specialist Dermatologist with a strong focus on aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology to join a premium private healthcare group in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for a revenue-generating dermatologist looking to work within a high-demand aesthetics environment with strong earning potential.
The ideal candidate will combine excellent clinical expertise with strong patient engagement skills and the ability to build long-term patient relationships within a luxury healthcare setting.
Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including:
  • Botox and dermal fillers
  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments
  • Laser treatments and skin resurfacing
  • Skin tightening and rejuvenation procedures
• Diagnose and manage:
  • Acne and acne scarring
  • Pigmentation disorders
  • Hair loss and skin aging concerns
  • General dermatological conditions
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and aesthetic goals

Service Structure

• Premium outpatient aesthetics and dermatology clinics
• Access to advanced cosmetic technology and laser platforms
• Strong marketing and patient acquisition support
• High-volume patient flow with premium clientele

Additional Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a loyal patient base
• Drive clinic revenue through aesthetic procedures and treatment plans
• Maintain high patient satisfaction and retention levels
• Support social media and brand visibility initiatives where appropriate

Candidate Requirements

• Female Specialist Dermatologist
• Strong experience in:
  • Botox
  • Fillers
  • Lasers
  • PRP
  • Skin rejuvenation procedures
• Existing patient following or strong Instagram/social media presence highly desirable
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred, particularly:
  • Lebanese
  • Syrian
  • Jordanian
  • Moroccan backgrounds
• UAE experience preferred
• Ability to manage high patient volumes within a fast-paced clinic environment
• Available to join by mid-June preferred
