Specialist – Family Medicine
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 35,000 – 55,000 per month

Position Overview
We are recruiting a Specialist Family Medicine Physician to deliver comprehensive, continuous care across all age groups, within a primary care model focused on prevention and long-term patient relationships.
Clinical Scope

• Management of:
  • Chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular risk)
  • Acute conditions and minor illnesses
• Provide:
  • Preventive healthcare and screenings
  • Lifestyle and wellness counseling
• Manage patients across:
  • Adult, pediatric, and geriatric populations

Service Structure

• Clinic-based role with strong patient continuity
• Referral pathways to specialists and hospital services
• Emphasis on long-term care and follow-up

Additional Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a consistent patient panel
• Participate in preventive health programs
• Support community health initiatives

Requirements

• Specialist qualification in Family Medicine
• Experience in outpatient or primary care settings
• UAE licensure eligibility
