Consultant – Paediatrics
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 45,000 – 70,000 per month

Position Overview
We are seeking a Consultant Pediatrician to join a well-established private hospital in Dubai, delivering comprehensive pediatric care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role offers a balanced clinical workload with additional revenue-generation potential through outpatient services.
Clinical Scope

• Management of:
  • General pediatric conditions (acute and chronic)
  • Respiratory, infectious, and gastrointestinal illnesses
  • Growth and developmental concerns
• Conduct:
  • Well-baby clinics and vaccinations
  • Developmental screening and preventive care
• Participation in pediatric emergency cases (where required)

Service Structure

• Combination of:
  • Outpatient clinics
  • Inpatient pediatric ward coverage
• Collaboration with:
  • Neonatology
  • Pediatric subspecialties
  • Allied health teams

Additional Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong outpatient patient base
• Supervise junior physicians and nursing staff
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement

Requirements

• Consultant-level qualification in Pediatrics
• Eligibility for UAE licensure (DHA/DOH/MOH)
• Experience in hospital-based pediatric practice
