Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Executive Leadership Role
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Estimated Salary: AED 90,000 – 140,000 per month
Salary Type: All-inclusive, tax-free package

Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to join a leading private healthcare provider in Dubai. This is a strategic executive leadership role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing services, clinical quality, and patient care delivery across the organization.
The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, patient safety, and clinical governance, while leading large, multidisciplinary nursing teams in a high-performance healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all nursing services across the organization
• Oversee clinical quality, patient safety, and nursing governance frameworks
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and professional development of nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with international accreditation standards (e.g., JCI) and regulatory requirements
• Drive performance improvement initiatives, patient experience programs, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with executive leadership on hospital strategy, expansion, and service development
• Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and resource allocation
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or MBA preferred)
• Current or prior executive-level nursing leadership experience (CNO / Director of Nursing or equivalent)
• US-based candidates strongly preferred
• Proven track record in leading large nursing teams within complex hospital environments
• Experience in internationally accredited hospitals (e.g., JCI)
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
