Consultant – Emergency Medicine (Arabic Speaker) Tier 1 Consultant Role
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Estimated Salary: AED 65,000 – 95,000 per month
Salary Type: All-inclusive, tax-free package

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished Consultant in Emergency Medicine to join a leading private healthcare provider in Dubai. This is a Tier 1 consultant-level opportunity, offering exposure to a high-acuity emergency department serving a diverse, international patient population.
The role is suited for a senior clinician with strong expertise in acute care, resuscitation, and emergency department leadership, within a well-established multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert care in a high-volume Emergency Department
• Manage a broad spectrum of acute and critical cases, including trauma and resuscitation
• Lead clinical decision-making in complex emergency scenarios
• Supervise and support junior medical staff and emergency teams
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialties across the hospital
• Participate in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the development of emergency care pathways and protocols

Eligibility & Requirements

• Tier 1 qualification in Emergency Medicine (US Board, CCT, CCST, Australian/NZ Fellowship or equivalent)
• Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Proven experience at Consultant level in high-volume emergency departments
• Eligibility for DHA Consultant license
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage complex and high-acuity patient presentations
