Consultant – Neurosurgery
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Estimated Salary: AED 85,000 – 115,000 per month

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant Neurosurgeon to join a leading healthcare provider in Dubai. This is a fast-track hiring opportunity for a candidate with strong expertise in both cranial and spinal neurosurgery, capable of managing complex and high-acuity cases.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced cranial neurosurgical procedures (tumors, trauma, vascular cases)
• Manage spinal surgeries, including degenerative, trauma, and minimally invasive procedures
• Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care
• Collaborate with neurology, ICU, radiology, and rehabilitation teams
• Participate in on-call rota and emergency neurosurgical coverage
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and service development

Eligibility & Requirements

• Recognized Consultant qualification in Neurosurgery
• Strong cranial neurosurgery experience (essential)
• Proven expertise in spinal surgery (required)
• Experience in tertiary or high-volume neurosurgical centers
• Eligibility for DHA Consultant license
• Strong leadership and surgical decision-making skills
