Embryologist
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 25,000 – 40,000 per month
Annual Equivalent: AED 300,000 – 480,000

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Embryologist to join a leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider with a well-established fertility program. This role focuses on delivering high-quality assisted reproductive technology (ART) services within a state-of-the-art laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, and cryopreservation procedures
• Handle gametes and embryos with precision and care
• Monitor embryo development and maintain accurate lab records
• Ensure compliance with quality control and international lab standards
• Collaborate with fertility specialists and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in audits, accreditation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Degree in Embryology / Reproductive Biology or related field
• Strong hands-on experience in IVF lab and ICSI
• Eligibility for DOH license (Abu Dhabi)
• High level of accuracy and laboratory discipline
