Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (Arabic Speaker) Tier 1 Consultant Role
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary Type: All-inclusive, tax-free monthly package
Salary: AED 90,000 – 140,000 per month
 

Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (Arabic-speaking) to join a leading private healthcare provider in Dubai. This is a Tier 1 consultant-level appointment, offering the opportunity to work within a well-established mental health service delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
The role focuses on the assessment and management of a wide range of child and adolescent mental health conditions, within a multidisciplinary and culturally diverse clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents
• Manage conditions such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and developmental conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans including pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions
• Work closely with psychologists, therapists, pediatricians, and educational professionals
• Engage with families and caregivers to support holistic patient care
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, clinical governance, and service development
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with UAE regulatory standards

Eligibility & Requirements

• Recognized Tier 1 Consultant qualification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Mandatory fluency in Arabic and English
• Proven experience in managing complex pediatric psychiatric cases
• Eligibility for DHA Consultant license
• Experience in multidisciplinary mental health settings
• Strong communication, leadership, and patient-centered care skills
