Associate Staff Physician – Occupational Health
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Position Type: Full Time
Salary: AED 45,000–65,000 per month (AED 540,000–780,000 per annum)

Job Summary A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Associate Staff Physician – Occupational Health to deliver preventive and workplace health services. The role focuses on employee health assessments and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations.
• Assess fitness for duty and manage workplace-related illnesses and injuries.
• Provide health promotion and preventive care programs.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Medical degree with relevant training in Occupational Health or Family Medicine.
• Recognized qualification in Occupational Health preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
• DOH license or eligibility.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health regulations.
