Specialist Internal Medicine Physician (Clinic)

Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Specialist Internal Medicine Physician to join a reputable outpatient clinic in Dubai. The physician will provide comprehensive adult medical care, manage chronic diseases, and deliver evidence-based treatment in a patient-centered clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients
• Conduct detailed patient assessments, examinations, and follow-ups
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and management plans
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• Refer patients to other specialists when required and coordinate multidisciplinary care
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records (EMR)
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and medication adherence
• Adhere to DHA regulations, clinic protocols, and international best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS/MD with Specialist qualification in Internal Medicine
• Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum 3–5 years post-specialization experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ethical medical practice and patient safety

Compensation & Benefits

• AED 360,000 – 660,000 annually (AED 30,000 – 55,000 monthly)
