Urology – Specialist / Consultant
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Salary Type: Tax-free monthly package
Estimated Salary: AED 50,000 – 80,000 per month (depending on experience and procedural volume)

Position Overview
 
We are seeking a skilled Specialist / Consultant Urologist to join the clinical team at premium Hospital in Sharjah. The role involves delivering high-quality urological care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings, with a focus on evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urological conditions in adult (and where applicable, pediatric) patients
• Perform urological procedures and surgeries, including endoscopic and minimally invasive interventions
• Manage conditions such as kidney stones, prostate disorders, urinary tract infections, and male reproductive health issues
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and continuing medical education

Eligibility & Requirements

• Recognized specialist qualification in Urology
• Eligible for MOH / DHA license in the UAE
• Experience as a Specialist or Consultant Urologist in a hospital setting
• Strong procedural and surgical skills (endourology and minimally invasive techniques preferred)
• Subspecialty interests (e.g., Andrology, Laparoscopic Urology, or Female Urology) are advantageous
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
