A leading multidisciplinary pediatric healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Neurodevelopmental Pediatrician to join its specialist pediatric team. The role focuses on diagnosing and managing children with developmental, behavioral, and neurological conditions, working closely with psychologists, therapists, and educators to provide comprehensive care.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with strong multidisciplinary support including speech therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and clinical psychologists.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess and diagnose neurodevelopmental conditions including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental delay, and learning disabilities
• Conduct comprehensive developmental and behavioral assessments
• Develop individualized treatment and intervention plans
• Work closely with families, therapists, and educational specialists
• Monitor long-term developmental outcomes and treatment progress
• Provide counseling and support for parents and caregivers
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
Candidate Requirements
• Board Certification / Fellowship in Neurodevelopmental Pediatrics or Developmental Pediatrics
• Recognized Consultant qualification
• DHA license or eligibility preferred
• Minimum 5–7 years post-qualification experience
• Experience working in multidisciplinary pediatric developmental centers
• Strong communication and family counseling skills
