Salary: AED 45,000 – 75,000 per month
A reputable multispecialty hospital in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Specialist or Consultant General Surgeon with strong operative skills and leadership capabilities. The hospital offers modern operating theatres, laparoscopic equipment, and a well-supported surgical team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform elective and emergency general surgical procedures
• Conduct laparoscopic surgeries (appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernia repair, etc.)
• Manage trauma and acute abdominal emergencies
• Provide pre-operative evaluation and post-operative follow-up
• Participate in surgical on-call rotations
• Supervise junior surgical staff (Consultant level)
• Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement programs
Candidate Requirements:
• Recognized Specialist or Consultant qualification in General Surgery
• Valid MOH license or eligibility
• Strong laparoscopic case log
• Minimum 4–6 years post-specialist experience
• Leadership experience preferred for Consultant level
