Salary: AED 35,000 – 60,000 per month (with strong incentive potential)
A modern and high-volume dental center in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Specialist or Consultant Endodontist to join its growing team. The facility offers advanced diagnostic imaging, digital radiography, rotary endodontic systems, and a strong referral network.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to maximize procedural revenue in a patient-driven environment with significant cosmetic and restorative case flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and manage complex endodontic cases, including retreatments
• Perform root canal therapy using rotary and microscopic techniques
• Manage dental trauma cases and cracked tooth syndromes
• Provide endodontic surgical procedures including apicoectomy
• Collaborate with restorative dentists and prosthodontists
• Maintain high clinical standards and patient satisfaction
• Contribute to practice growth and case acceptance strategies
Candidate Requirements:
• Recognized Specialist / Consultant qualification in Endodontics
• Valid MOH license or eligibility (RAK jurisdiction)
• Minimum 3–5 years of specialist clinical experience
• Strong procedural case volume
• Experience in cosmetic-driven patient markets preferred
