A leading tertiary-care hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiologist to join its advanced imaging and minimally invasive procedures department. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art angiography suites and hybrid operating theatres.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform image-guided minimally invasive procedures including angioplasty, embolization, stenting, biopsies, drain insertions, and vascular access interventions
• Manage complex vascular and non-vascular interventional cases
• Interpret advanced imaging (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy)
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and vascular meetings
• Provide emergency interventional radiology coverage
• Supervise radiographers and junior physicians
• Maintain radiation safety and clinical governance standards
Candidate Requirements:
• Specialist qualification in Radiology with fellowship or certified training in Interventional Radiology
• Valid DOH license or eligibility
• Minimum 5 years post-specialist experience
• Strong procedural case log
