About the Role A leading Private Premium Hospital in Dubai is seeking a skilled and experienced Embryologist to join its Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory procedures related to IVF and other fertility treatments while maintaining the highest clinical and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced embryology procedures including IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, and embryo transfer support
• Conduct semen analysis and sperm preparation techniques
• Perform cryopreservation of oocytes, sperm, and embryos
• Monitor embryo development and maintain accurate grading documentation
• Ensure strict compliance with laboratory quality control and infection control standards
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations
• Collaborate closely with fertility consultants, nurses, and laboratory teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology, Reproductive Biology, or related field
• Valid DHA License or eligibility
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IVF laboratory practice
• Proven hands-on experience in ICSI and embryo freezing
• Strong knowledge of ART laboratory standards and quality systems
• Professional, ethical, and detail-oriented approach
