Family Medicine Specialist
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 30,000 – 45,000 per month (base salary)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Specialist to join a well-established healthcare facility in Sharjah. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to individuals and families across all age groups, delivering continuous, preventive, and patient-centered care within a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and family medical care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct routine health screenings, preventive care, and wellness programs
• Manage follow-up care and coordinate referrals to specialists when required
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and health promotion
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and CME activities
• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, specialists, and allied health professionals

Requirements & Qualifications

• Medical Degree with specialization in Family Medicine
• Recognized Specialist-level certification (e.g., Arab Board, Western Board, MRCGP, or equivalent)
• Eligibility for MOH / DHA medical licensure (Sharjah)
• Minimum post-qualification experience as per UAE regulatory requirements
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient management skills
• Commitment to high standards of ethical and professional practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: AED 30,000 – 45,000 per month
