Consultant Plastic Surgeon – General & Aesthetic (Hospital-Employed) Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 60,000 – 80,000 per month (tax-free)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon with expertise in both general reconstructive and aesthetic cosmetic surgery to join a reputable hospital group in the UAE. This is a hospital-employed position offering income stability, structured working hours, and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general plastic and reconstructive procedures, including trauma, post-oncological reconstruction, and congenital abnormalities
• Deliver aesthetic surgical and non-surgical procedures in line with hospital protocols
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up care
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultation services
• Ensure patient safety, ethical practice, and compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including dermatology, oncology, and general surgery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records
• Participate in clinical governance, audits, quality improvement, and CME activities
• Support and supervise junior medical staff where applicable

Requirements & Qualifications

• Medical Degree with specialization in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
• Recognized Consultant-level certification (e.g., CCT, American Board, European Board, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in both general/reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery
• Minimum post-consultant experience as required by UAE health authorities
• Eligibility for DHA / DOH / MOH medical licensure in the UAE
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills
• Commitment to high clinical standards and patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free monthly salary: AED 60,000 – 80,000
